Opening or downloading graphics for our My Lil’ License™ template package means that you agree to abide by the terms of this license agreement. Please read and understand this license in full before you open or use this template package. Occasion Essentials retains all copyrights, trademarks and other rights to our graphics, templates and other works sold to the public.
By opening and or using these templates you are hereby referred to as a “dealer” and will be referred to as “dealer” for the rest of this agreement. As a dealer you agree to use these templates only to produce final products to the “retail” public. You, the dealer also agree not to distribute for sale, trade, barter gift or any other means any template or portion thereof to any person or persons. You the dealer agree not to set up affiliates or secondary dealers or distributors using anything included in this My Lil’ License™ template CD or downloads. You may only use these templates for the sole purpose of printing novelty permits for the end user directly. You may not use these templates to produce any “adult”, pornographic or questionable material. These permits are strictly for novelty use only and you agree not to print or attempt to use in any way these templates as legal documents or to obtain legal documents.
All work produced with this CD set or downloads are required to have the copyright information of “© 2004 Occasion Essentials” in small print on it. You the dealer may display only the provided .gif files, in the GIF FILES folder included in this set, on your website, in print advertisements/catalogs, collections of work, or any other means of “showing off” what you or your company offers. No other graphics included in this My Lil’ License™ template CD or from downloads may be used for this purpose without written consent from Occasion Essentials. All websites must be registered with Occasion Essentials within 48 hours of the site being live. You may not in any way use the templates and or graphics included on the My Lil’ License™ template CD or downloads on your website for purposes of downloading. You the dealer are in no way permitted to represent yourself as an employee or contractor of Occasion Essentials or My Lil’ License™. You may not use the name “Occasion Essentials”, or “My Lil’ License™” in any way as a representative of your business, company or entity. My Lil’ License™ is a trademark of Occasion Essentials owned by Richard Fallon. All template designs are protected by copyright laws and have been filed with the United States Copyright Office. Anyone that violates these copyrights or trademarks will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Some of the graphics included in these template designs are ©2004 JupiterImages and its Licensors. Any violation of this agreement will put you in breach of this license and require you to forfeit your license to use these templates and graphics. All CD’s will be required to be returned and graphics destroyed with no reimbursement. Our license is intended for YOU the small home business user to use in YOUR business. If you intend to mass produce our items, or use them on a wide scale basis please contact us for further licensing information. We understand that you will need to promote your licensed Baby Birth Annoumcements and other items on your websites, in your brochures and in other promotional items you may use to market your products to the pubic. In order to make this as simple as possible, we are offering distributor graphics which may be used in promoting your business. These are licensed images which you may use.
